What is included
One reputable, maintained password manager is selected and configured for your supported devices and everyday needs.
The vault is set up on one primary computer and one phone or tablet, including one browser integration and mobile autofill where supported.
One straightforward import from an existing browser or password manager is completed while you unlock and control the source.
You create and enter the master password. Supported multi-factor authentication and recovery options are configured with the recovery material kept by you.
You practise saving, finding and using one ordinary account so the system makes sense after the visit rather than becoming another mystery app.
You receive a plain-English plan covering the agreed setup, recovery material, adding devices and any separately scoped cleanup or follow-up.
How it works
Call or send a short enquiry. Peter confirms your devices, current password records, import source and whether an active security concern needs a different starting point.
The agreed manager, sync, browser and mobile autofill are configured while you enter all passwords, verification codes and recovery details yourself.
A representative account is tested, the recovery plan is reviewed and the written handover records what was completed without recording any credentials.
Before you enquire
The GST-inclusive price covers the phone suitability check, local Ivanhoe or Eaglemont call-out and up to two hours onsite. It includes one personal vault, one primary computer, one phone or tablet, one browser integration, mobile autofill where supported, one straightforward supported import, guided practice and a written handover. Additional people, devices, imports or bulk cleanup require separate scope. Appointments are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, subject to availability; remote, workshop, same-day, after-hours, weekend and emergency delivery are not included.
Naked Tech is vendor-neutral but deliberately narrow about what can be supported well. The suitability check confirms whether a reputable built-in ecosystem manager or maintained cross-platform manager fits your devices. Existing KeePass arrangements may be assessed, but bespoke Syncthing, cloud-file or multi-app workflows are not included in the standard visit.
Not automatically. A securely stored offline notebook can be workable, but it becomes risky when it is the only record, is easy for others to access, or is stored with the devices it protects. The visit helps you choose a system and recovery plan that fit your circumstances without shaming how you manage passwords now.
You enter passwords, the master password, verification codes and recovery details yourself. Naked Tech does not record, photograph, copy, transmit or retain them and does not become the owner or recovery authority for your vault.
One supported import can be completed and a representative sample checked with you. The original source is not automatically deleted. If a temporary plain-text export is required, the risk is explained first and the temporary file is removed afterwards without claiming forensic erasure. Supported vendor sync keeps the agreed devices aligned but is not represented as a backup; ongoing monitoring, conflict recovery, bespoke synchronisation and local-vault backup are outside the standard visit unless separately scoped.
Lost-master-password recovery, bypassing security controls and provider-controlled account recovery are excluded. If you suspect active compromise, unauthorised access or a scam, start with the Scam & Account-Security Assessment so urgent risks can be triaged appropriately.

Mention your computer, phone or tablet, browsers and whether your passwords are in a browser, an existing manager, paper notes or somewhere else. A short description is enough; Peter completes the suitability check with you. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or recovery details.
Naked Tech (Peter Reginald, ABN 57 221 340 918) collects the information you enter to assess and respond to your enquiry and, if appropriate, arrange the requested service. The form is delivered through Digital Sanctum’s Sanctum Forms system. As you type, unfinished answers are saved in this browser’s local storage until you submit the form or clear that site’s stored data.
