Respect and safety
Naked Tech technicians are professionals and must be treated respectfully. Harassment, threats, inappropriate touching, discriminatory conduct or an unsafe environment may cause a visit to stop immediately. The technician may leave when they reasonably believe it is unsafe to continue.
Safe access
Please provide safe access to the agreed devices, equipment and work area, keep pets or other hazards clear where reasonably needed, and make sure an adult authorised to approve the work is present.
Your data and credentials
You enter passwords, authentication codes and recovery details yourself. Naked Tech does not record, photograph, copy, transmit or retain them. If agreed work requires access to personal files, we explain why and ask you to remain present. Please maintain a current backup before work begins wherever practicable.
Bookings and cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if plans change. The cancellation rules, charges and exceptions are set out in the Customer Service Terms.
