Each prize is redeemable for one listed standard Naked Tech service in its stated tier, delivered at one residential address in Ivanhoe or Eaglemont. Booking is required and subject to reasonable availability and a brief service-choice check. Local call-out and the standard published scope recorded at issue are included.

The voucher is transferable before booking, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with another voucher. There is no additional payment solely because the published price later increases and no residual credit if it decreases. Work outside the selected scope requires a separate optional quote. Each issued voucher will show its unique code, issue date, expiry date and full conditions. Consumer rights are not excluded.

Naked Tech may help the holder choose another listed service in the same tier if the first choice is unsuitable. If a listed service is discontinued, an agreed substantially equivalent service or another service in the same tier may be offered.
